Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that construction project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining safety standard, and reporting project progress to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Management:

· Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction, subcontractor work, and material deliveries.

· Ensure that work is performed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.

2. Personnel Management:

· Supervise and direct site workers, subcontractors, and laborers.

· Assign tasks and responsibilities to site staff, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.

· Provide training and guidance to new employees and subcontractors as needed.

3. Safety Compliance:

· Enforce safety protocols and standards on the construction site.

· Conduct safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

· Ensure that all personnel and equipment comply with safety regulations and guidelines.

4. Quality Assurance:

· Monitor workmanship and construction practices to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

· Address any quality issues or deviations from specifications promptly.

5. Project Coordination:

· Coordinate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to plan and schedule project activities.

· Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, inspections, and incident reports.

· Prepare and submit reports to the Project Manager as required

· Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Project Manager.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• SITE SUPERVISOR: 2 years (Preferred)
