Role Overview

As a Financial Advisor at Caliph Group, you will go beyond traditional advisory work — you will be a trusted partner, educator, and changemaker. Your role is to help individuals, families, and businesses achieve financial security through Takaful solutions, while also growing as a leader within the Agent Leadership Community (ALC).

What You Will Do

Financial Advisory & Planning

• Assess the needs of individuals, families, and businesses to provide tailored Takaful and financial protection solutions.
• Guide clients in achieving long-term financial stability aligned with their goals and values.

Client Relationship Building

• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
• Deliver a seamless, client-focused experience using modern tools and technologies.

Leadership & Growth

• Develop within the ALC system, progressing from advisor to mentor and leader.
• Collaborate with peers to foster a culture of growth, innovation, and shared success.

Purpose-Driven Impact

• Empower clients to “Own Your Tomorrow” by making informed financial decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Professional working experience (or eager to kickstart a career).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
