Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, and stock handling.

This role is critical to ensuring accurate order fulfilment and on-time deliveries.
You must be responsible, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on picking lists / WMS system
• Handle goods in ambient, chiller, and freezer environments
• Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and supplier vehicles
• Perform basic stock checks and assist in cycle counts
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and condition before dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse areas
• Follow FIFO / FEFO practices where required
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or mistakes immediately

Accountability & Expectations

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the items you pick
• Mistakes must be reported — not ignored
• Work must be completed with urgency, especially during peak hours
• Must be willing to learn and follow SOPs and WMS processes
• Teamwork and discipline are critical

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle lifting (10–25kg)
• Able to work in cold environments (chiller/freezer when required)
• Basic reading and counting skills
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage (but not required)
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn

Working Hours

• 6-day work week
