Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA Software Tester, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Hatio Sea Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability, and usability of our supply chain SaaS platform used by warehouses, brands, and logistics partners across Southeast Asia.

What you will do

You will be responsible for end-to-end testing across web and system workflows, ensuring our platform performs reliably in real operational environments.

• Execute manual and functional testing across web applications and workflows
• Review requirements and translate them into test cases and test scenarios
• Test key modules such as inventory, orders, warehouse operations, and integrations (ERP, WMS, TMS, marketplaces)
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Perform regression testing before releases
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and implementation teams to validate fixes
• Support UAT sessions with customers when needed
• Maintain test documentation and testing logs

What we are looking for

• At least 1–3 years of QA / software testing experience (preferably in SaaS or enterprise systems)
• Experience testing web-based platforms, APIs, or enterprise software (WMS, ERP, logistics systems is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to understand business workflows, not just UI testing
• Comfortable working in fast-paced release cycles
• Good communication skills in documenting issues clearly

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse systems
• Basic understanding of API testing tools (Postman or similar)
• Familiar with Jira or similar bug tracking tools
• Exposure to automation testing (not required but a plus)
