Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and SOPs.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
Prepare ingredients such as chopping, marinating, and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages.
Store food items properly to maintain freshness and prevent wastage.
Assist in receiving and checking food supplies and ingredients.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Support kitchen team members during peak operation hours.
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control practices.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
