Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Engineer di Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

What will be your roles:

• Monitor daily production activities, including manpower allocation and process execution to ensure smooth operations.

• Review, prepare, and analysis production KPI reports such as efficiency, downtime, UPH, and overall performance.

• Ensure adherence to process standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures on the production floor.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, WH, PMC) to resolve production issues and support improvement activities.

• Lead and guide operators, provide on-job coaching, and support training to improve skills, productivity, and discipline.

What you must have to apply:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering skills.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment and the experience in assembly line is the most preferred.

• Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferable to candidate who have experience working in E&E / PCBA Industries.
