Responsibilities

• Install, service, and support industrial laser systems at customer sites.

• Troubleshoot and replace electrical and electronic components such as sensors, switches, cables, power supplies, and control modules.

• Perform machine testing and basic functional checks.

• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine machine servicing.

• Support senior specialists during machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

• Assist with basic mechanical assembly, adjustments, and machine setup.

• Prepare simple service reports and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams during service activities.

• Travel to customer sites for installation and service work when required.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or relevant technical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service, equipment maintenance, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and electronic components.

• Able to use basic electrical testing tools such as multimeters.

• Comfortable with hands on troubleshooting and component replacement work.

• Willing to learn industrial laser systems and new technologies.

• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment.

• Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems.

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
