Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in TT Freight Group. Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to optimize productivity
• Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of goods

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets
• Plan manpower, shift scheduling, and task assignments
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Enforce discipline and company policies among staff

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Conduct routine inspections and address potential hazards

Reporting & Improvement

• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency initiatives
• Prepare operational reports for management review

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
