JOB SUMMARY:
- To contact customers to book slot and replying to branches and customers emails, etc..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To call customers to book slot on daily orders from Navision (KV / HUB & EM) based on cut off time in KPI;
- To perform daily calling based on calling script (With necessary adjustment from Client) to ensure consistency of sales;
- To communicate with customers through SMS if call drop on voice mail or not answering;
- To communicate with branches for assistance if information in Navision is incorrect (wrong address or wrong contact details, etc..);
- To attend any urgent orders from branches;
- To monitor MTO order & DFTA customers on daily basis;
- To communicate with customer to re-schedule after receiving the FTP & FTD listing from inventory team;
- To generate call per day base on Caller KPI;
- To train other callers as and when required;
- To attend all queries from end customers with respectfully and politely;
- Any other job as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- To possess at least SPM;
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- must be willing to work at Seksyen 22, Shab Alam
- Working Hours Pattern: 8am-4:30pm or 11:30am-8pm (6 days / week with rotate rest day on Sat or Sun)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
