Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices according to the established billing schedule.
• Monitor customer payments and ensure collections are received within the agreed credit terms.
• Update and maintain customer payment records accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) and payment reminders for overdue accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding payments via phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
• Verify and record receipts, bank transactions, and other documents related to Accounts Receivable.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or payment disputes.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and monthly collection reports.
• Liaise with the Operations to resolve invoicing and payment-related issues.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents for audit and record-keeping purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports when required.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and debt collection follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience handling collections from corporate clients.
• Basic knowledge of SST and financial documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
