JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance based on customer PV usage.
- Analyze toner consumption, service costs, and operational performance data.
- Monitor service call frequency, and breakdown trends.
- Support inventory planning and optimization of toner, spare parts, and consumables.
- Prepare periodic operational reports, KPI reports, and management summaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on requirements and reporting.
- Maintain data accuracy and system performance.
- Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by Management as required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software such as Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the copier, document solutions, service operations, or technical support industry is an advantage.
