Kerja Sepenuh Masa Operation Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Merchantrade Asia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Verify applications meet CDD requirements, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Perform card reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure efficient stock distribution for branches and agents.
• Address inquiries on card transactions and account statuses.
• Support merchant operations, including settlement and onboarding.
• Participate in UAT and assist in issue resolution.
• Report daily activities and escalate key issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve problems.
• Handle card issuance, maintenance, and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum a SPM /Diploma / Degree qualification.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written
• MUST able to work on weekends & Public Holidays to support the operations.
• Must be based at Jalan Hang Lekiu, KL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
