We are looking for an Ambitious and Passionate
Admin Executive - Ecommerce
to join our Ecommerce team. We’re an established global Ecommerce company based in the heart of KL. We like to work hard and have fun at the same time. Joining us means you will have plenty of opportunities to learn the inside outs of the fast-paced ecommerce industry, and have tons of fun in the process!
Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
Organized, hardworking and with a keen eye for details.
Proficient in computer skills (MS Office - MS Word and MS Excel)
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
No work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Possess a Higher Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
Has a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws and related statutory bodies' requirements.
Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills in managing all stakeholders, including senior management.
Organized, efficient, able to work independently, and meticulous about details.
Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Willing to learn and work independently with strong responsibility characters..
