Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to think critically, analyse data and has good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Shopify or marketplace knowledge preferred but not essential

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Communications/Marketing, Journalism or related field.
Required language (s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, however fresh Graduate are encourage to apply too.
Familiar with the operating rules of major e-commerce platforms, with excellent channel management capabilities and customer relationship management capabilities, priority is given.
Excellent Communication skills – must be able to clearly describe plans and strategic vision to the marketing and management.
Strong market sensitivity and insight; with data analysis capabilities, sensitive to sales related data;
Lazada/shopee integration or similar integration experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital marketing and content creation, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an online marketer and content creator or similar roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engines, email, and
display advertising.
Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to create content that aligns with our brand and tone of voice.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience with marketing automation and RM tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce, is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with Meta Marketing Suites (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Ads Manager) is a plus
