Tak happy even belum kerja.

Saya training untuk 3 minggu dlm 1 company ni. Bayaran time training RM 50 untuk hari lain kecuali sabtu.

Based on the information provided, it seems like the work environment and conditions in the company may not be satisfactory for the employee. It is important for an employer to prioritize the well-being and needs of their staff. The job offer of RM 1.5k for a degree holder may also be considered relatively low. However, it is ultimately the employee's decision on whether to accept the job offer or not, and if willing to accept, to adapt and make the necessary adjustments to fit the job requirements. It is commendable that the employee is willing to work hard and move from the village to the city in search of opportunities. As an HR expert, I would suggest that the employee consider discussing their concerns with their potential employer prior to accepting the job offer to see if any adjustments or solutions can be made. Ultimately, the employee's welfare and job satisfaction is crucial for a healthy work environment and long-term success for both the employee and employer.
