• Minimum SPM SKM or equivalent technical qualification. • Valid TIG Welding Certification (preferred). • AWS ASME or equivalent welding qualification is an added advantage. • Minimum 1–3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment. • Experience welding stainless steel sheet metal tubing and fabricated components. • Experience in precision welding for high-quality industrial products is preferred. • Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding techniques. • Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols. • Knowledge of stainless steel welding processes and material characteristics. • Familiarity with welding quality standards and inspection requirements. • Skilled in using measuring instruments such as vernier callipers measuring tapes and weld gauges. • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Able to stand for extended periods during production. • Able to lift materials up to company-approved weight limits. • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE. • Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for precision welding.
