Payment & Order Assistance- Assist customers with payment, order confirmation, receipt collection, and basic after-sales enquiries. Coordinate with the internal team when there are special orders, customer requests, or payment-related matters.6. Customer Follow-Up- Collect customer enquiries and follow up when necessary. Assist in recording customer details, product interest, and potential sales leads for future follow-up.7. Brand Image & Professional Conduct- Represent CronusArt professionally at all times. Maintain good grooming, proper attitude, and strong product knowledge to ensure customers receive a premium brand experience.8.
