Full Time Senior Finance Analyst Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Rest N Go App Selangor - Maukerja

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance operations, financial analysis, reconciliation, reporting, or data analytics.

• Experience in handling large datasets, operational reporting, process improvement initiatives or dashboard reporting is preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PIVOT Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and reporting functions.

• Ability to analyze complex data and provide practical business insights to support decision-making.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Able to work independency under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Required languages: English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Willing to work at our office located in Bandar Sri Damansara.

• Lead and oversee financial and operational data analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability of reporting across business operations.

• Perform in-depth analysis on revenue, collections, reconciliation, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports to support strategic business decisions and operational efficiency.

• Conduct variance analysis and investigate unusual transactions, operational discrepancies, or financial abnormalities, while proposing corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Operations, IT, and Finance to improve reporting processes, strengthen controls.

• Drive process improvement initiatives and automation enhancements to streamline workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.

• Review and validate reconciliation processes, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items and compliance with internal control requirements.

• Provide business insights and recommendations to management through data interpretation, financial analysis, and operational performance evaluation.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and ad-hoc analysis required by the management.

• Mentor and guide junior team members on reporting standards, analytical approaches, and operational processes when necessary.

• Ensure timely submission of periodic reports while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency and compliance with company policies.

• Participate in system enhancement projects, UAT testing and reporting transformation initiatives to improve operational and financial reporting capabilities.
