Full Time Membership Sales & Service Consultant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 + commission in KFitness Selangor - Maukerja

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge

Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

3 Shift arrangement – 6:30am – 2:30pm, 1:30pm – 9:00pm, 4:30pm – 12:30am

Experience in sales is an advantage (training provided)

Attend to all walk-in customers

Conduct structured gym tours and explain our membership packages

Understand customer goals, budget, and commitment level before recommending the right package

Follow up with leads consistently through call / WhatsApp and set up appointment with prospect.

Generate referrals and reactivate expired members

Close membership and fitness package sales

Work together with Personal Trainers to convert prospects into PT clients

Support front desk duties such as check-ins, payments, and customer inquiries

Support daily gym operations during assigned shifts.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident front-of-house presence
