Axcel Dynamics runs outsourced finance for growing SMEs across Malaysia and Singapore. We are building a small bench of reliable part-time and freelance finance people we can call on for month-end close support, reconciliations and reporting overflow. If you know your way around a set of books and want flexible, project-based work, this is for you.

What you would do

• Support month-end close on a flexible or project basis: reconciliations, schedules, management report prep.

• Review and tidy transactions in Xero or similar cloud accounting.

• Work alongside our team using structured tools and workflows. Most people find they work noticeably faster once they are familiar with the setup.

What we are after

• Real bookkeeping or accounting experience. You have closed a set of books before.

• Reliable and self-managing: you deliver without being chased.

• Comfortable with cloud accounting (Xero ideal) and open to learning new tools.

• Available around month-end. Hours flexible the rest of the time.

• Rate: RM 1,000/month.
• Work from Home
