Full Time Accounting Executive Jobs, in Future D WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

·       Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.

·       Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance.

·       Experience in handling full set of accounts.

·       Familiarity with Auto Count Accounting Software is an advantage.

·       Good knowledge of accounting principles, SST, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·       Self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·       Handle full set of accounts.

·       Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

·       Prepare monthly payroll and annual payroll reports.

·       Prepare and provide monthly financial reports to Management.

·       Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

·       Maintain proper accounting records and ensure timely updates in the accounting system.

·       Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

·       Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

·       Prepare schedules and supporting documents for year-end audits.

·       Process payments and monitor cash flow activities.

·       Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.

·       Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required by HOD.
