Responsibilities:

Financial Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets its objectives.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred.
Experience: Several years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and management. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is desirable.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Scope:
