Job Description:
• Provide accounts and administrative support and responsible for the day to day office accounts, administration and general affairs issues
• Responsible for sourcing files and following up on actions according to the timelines
• Key liaison with all units in ensuring smooth communication and distribution of documents
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for the office (letters, faxes, documents etc.) and maintain a proper record and files
• Handling and preparing required documents for projects purposes
• Coordinate and execute expense and travel arrangement
• Report compilation for management review purposes
• Maintain and keep track of office equipment services, company’s asset services, company’s licenses and insurance renewal, liaising with the suppliers to ensure prompt stockholding of stationary etc.
• Liaising with government authorities on behalf of the company on the process related to the company’s licences, e.g. E-Perolehan, Board of Engineers Malaysia, Majlis Perbandaran etc.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management
• Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Outlook etc.)
• Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience in administration practice
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Able to communicate with all levels of employee
• Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent
• Ability to get things done
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to multi-tasking and prioritise daily work and assignment
