Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of administration functions for Brand Management
Assist in managing and developing General Affairs Department
To provide advice when required on the management and coordination of corporate social responsibilities (CSR) activities in Singapore office.
To provide advice when required on coordination of Yanmar Global mission activities for Singapore and branches.
To provide advice when required on branding management and Company website management.
Research, write, design and edit sales collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience. Arrange for this material to be economically published and distributed. Collateral may include training and selling aids, telemarketing scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising, technical instructions, fact sheets and information booklets
Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget
Assist in sourcing of information or conducting of market research activities
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of sales presentations and events such as seminars, exhibitions, boat shows
Responsible for design layout and content of company newsletters or other publications and write-ups for activities
Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics and arranging printing
Requirement
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field
At least 2 - 4 years' experience in related field
Good knowledge of marketing research techniques and databases and experience in marketing analytics
Good understanding or marketing principles
Excellent sills in Microsoft Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
Knowledge of Web design software, Photoshop and UX is plus
