Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the HR department including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Partners with the leadership team to carry out the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Support fully and guide the HR team, Management, and other staff when complex issues arise administer tasks in such circumstances such as providing reasonable solutions.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes interviewing and shortlisting of qualified applicants, collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Build and maintain good working relationships with partner companies, client companies, institutions, and government bodies in representation of company.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Maintains complete, up-to-date and timely relevant reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Requirements
Min. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or any related field.
Min. 4-5 years' experience as an Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager.
Bonus if possess HR experience in F&B industry (not necessary)
Possess leadership qualities and able to perform full spectrum of HR functions.
