As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee the building operations and facilities, including a team of building executives and outsources services.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition.
Prepare budget planning for the building, management reports, contracts review, vendor performance evaluation and monitoring the general building repairs and defect works.
Prepare and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance, services and supplies.
Manage, supervise and check on the quality of work delivered by staff and vendors.
Participate in the building’s Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements, and update the building’s policies and compliance regularly.
Conduct regular inspections of the fire protection facilities and systems and ensure that the systems are satisfactory and serviceable.
Conduct required mandatory fire evacuation drills and table-top exercises in compliance with SCDF’s regulations.
Attend to correspondences and tenants on matters relating to the building and liaise with all relevant authorities on the Building.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a recognised degree in Building Management, or equivalent
Fire Safety Manager Certification would be an advantage
Possess experience in managing a commercial building and with the ability to comprehend complex building systems.
