• Plants and car park upkeeping, maintaining the cleanliness of building surroundings/common areas/office.
• Coordinate with contracted services such as gardener, fish pond cleaner, hygiene cleaning, office and plant cleaning, pest control, air-con, and water dispenser, to ensure regular services are conducted and standards are maintained.
• Regularly inspect consumables are always available such as hand soap, sanitizer, toilet seat cleaner, etc.
• Check to ensure dispensers are always in working condition.
• Maintain office and common area lighting, fans, and other electrical appliances.
• Perform handyman work such as painting, cleaning, and repairing in order to maintain the standard of cleanliness if building surroundings, office, common areas are maintained at a high standard level
• Reports to HR personnel for repairing works requiring 3rd party support
• Replenish the PPE for guests, i.e., caps and clean room robe.
• Provide runner support to the office, e.g., posting AR register letters, and sending documents between both Plants when URGENT needs occur.
• Work with the cleaner to ensure all meeting and training facilities/rooms are tidy and in order.
• Work with the warehouse to handle the arrangement/movement of tables, chairs, and other furniture for events purposes.
• Coordinate with L&D and IT for meeting/training facilities setup for Training Tuesday, Training, and other events.
• Work with cleaners/ cleaning services to clean up the compound after events, e.g., the annual Appreciation Night, Training Tuesday, Plant Communication, etc.
