- To design and develop CNC programming for 3-axis/Horizontal CNC Milling machines.
- Prepare and maintain all CAM files for CNC machining process.
- To verify the dimensional and cosmetic specifications of the workpiece using allocated measuring equipment according to technical drawing.
- Conduct Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) on CNC programming to optimize process cycle time and quality.
- To support the Production Department in troubleshooting technical issues during Mass Production and improve the CNC program if necessary

6. Memastikan mesin dan peralatan yang dikendalikan sentiasa beroperasi dalam keadaan baik.
7. Perlu mengikut peraturan syarikat dan mesti menitikberatkan kehadiran dan disiplin yang baik.
8. Boleh bekerja mengikut syif atau kerja rutin, sanggup bekerja lebih lama untuk kerja-kerja yang memerlukan untuk disiapkan dengan segera.
9. Sentiasa mengekalkan kebersihan mesin dan kawasan kerja, untuk menjimatkan penyimpanan semua alatan & peralatan yang digunakan sepanjang masa.
10. Meminimumkan pembaziran dan penolakan dalam pengeluaran.
11. Mampu menerima tugasan ad-hock daripada pihak atasan.
12. Menerima tugasan tambahan daripada pihak atasan/pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
Oversee daily CNC milling operations, ensuring efficient production.
Train and mentor CNC milling operators.
Set up and program CNC milling machines according to specifications.
Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of CNC milling machines.

• Responsible to setup and operate CNC Milling Machine Program.
• Reads, understands, and creates specification sheets, blue prints, work instructions, and routings.
• Setup, operate and program CNC milling machines to fabricate the precision parts based on given drawing.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D & 3D engineering drawing.
• Prepare 2D/3D programmer using Master CAM and transfer the data to machine.
• Responsibilities include verification of client’s drawings and issuing drawings in job cards to production center for machining, inspection of machining before and after hardening at the end the final inspection is done.
• Create programmes that will allow you to generate high-quality components while maximizing and sustaining efficiency.
• Formulate efficient operational programs that maximize machine utilization and product quality to assure customer expectations are met
• Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts
• Oversee cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors.
• Lead and guide a group of CNC milling machine operators on machining activities.
• Manage projects based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Supervises set-up and machining during program development and records data.
• Troubleshoot and fine tune machining operations during trial.
• Work closely with other staff to achieve company’s objectives of efficient production and good quality at minimum cost.
• Responsibility includes inspecting machine components after operations.
• Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule.
• Assist engineering department head on any other job-related issue.
• Plan and monitor the projects until all the machining operations are completed.
