Bertanggungjawab mengurus dan menyelaras dokumentasi bagi pelbagai projek syarikat bagi memastikan rekod sentiasa lengkap, tepat dan teratur. Menyediakan serta mengemas kini laporan projek, melakukan kemasukan dan pengemaskinian data ke dalam masterlist, memantau kemajuan projek serta mengemas kini jadual pelaksanaan (project schedule). Mengurus dokumen projek melalui proses pengimbasan (scanning), penyusunan, pemfailan, serta memuat naik dan menyimpan dokumen ke Microsoft OneDrive bagi memastikan dokumentasi mudah diakses dan dikendalikan dengan sistematik. Turut menyemak ketepatan maklumat aset termasuk nombor siri dan status peralatan, memastikan dokumen lengkap sebelum diserahkan kepada pelanggan, serta memberikan sokongan pentadbiran kepada Project Lead dan pasukan projek bagi memastikan setiap projek berjalan lancar mengikut jadual dan keperluan pelanggan.
