• Control work processes in the warehouse; storage and sorting parcels. Reduce loss and damage and most efficiency.
• Responsible for checking customer information to be correct according to standards and on time.
• Review and prepare reports for daily / weekly / month Either for parcels with residual delivery problems or related issues and quick fixes of problems immediately So that parcels can be delivered on time.
• Responsible for the daily earnings summary report. And examining the financial system within the responsible branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
2. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions;
3. Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively handle logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events;
4. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, providing information, relaying messages, and facilitating communication;
5. Handle special projects and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the CEO;
6. Uphold a professional and welcoming demeanour in all interactions, representing the CEO and the company with integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
8. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Accountable for the quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing and food preparation for the property's restaurant. Works with team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Develops and trains team to improve results.
