- Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment and dispatch. Improve warehouse layout and material flow to meet productivity, quality and service targets.2. Maintain accurate stock records and apply FIFO/FEFO. Run cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies promptly.3. Maintain HACCP, GMP and FSMS compliance. Oversee sanitation and pest control, and support audits and staff training.4. Monitor cold-chain temperatures, refrigeration equipment and temperature records. Coordinate emergency responses to temperature excursions or equipment failures.5. Lead and coach warehouse supervisors and staff. Ensure safe use of forklifts, racking and warehouse facilities.7.
