~Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed
~Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
These positions are responsible for the front-of-house service while working closely with the Unit Manager and the catering team, as a catering assistant, cashier, barista, and front-of-house service team, making the best coffee and serving pastries.
