Assist in the implementation of the SAP Human Resource Management System (SAP HRMS). 3. Preparing offer letters & appointment letters for new employee. Conduct new employees’ orientation program for non executive level.4. Prepare new employee’s personal file and key in personnel date information in Orisoft System (HRMW).5. Keep updating Employee Master List on contract renewal and confirmation and evaluation for staff as well as to distribute it before the due date. 6. Processing the resignation including issuance of acceptance letters after confirming the resignation notice period, leave balance etc.
To monitor incoming letters and prepare all HR related letters e.g. Concern letters, temporary secondment letters, internal transfers letters, resignation letters and sales commission letter.8. Handle leave administration i.e. check validity of medical certificates, verification numbers of days and ensure submission to payroll.9. Responsible in raising the stationery items for HR Department usage.10. To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior/Management.
