- Lead end-to-end NPD projects involving sauces, seasonings, and condiment systems for instant noodles and snack applications.2. Develop innovative and market-relevant products based on consumer insights, industry trends and customer requirements.3. Formulate and optimize both dry and liquid seasoning systems, sauces, and savory flavor applications.4. Execute laboratory development, pilot plant trials, and factory scale-up activities to ensure smooth commercialization.5.
