Role Description: • Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards Key Tasks : Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting department's sales targets • Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis as and when required • Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment in order to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned. This includes making recommendations for parts whenever necessary • Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies • Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards and recommend repair and servicing as and when required. • Participate in periodic service and safety training as scheduled to ensure constant update of product knowledge as well as to meet industry's EHS statutory requirements in carrying out related field activities • Perform field activities according to EHS procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standards.
