Roles & Responsibilities
1. Receives and ships stock
2. Checks stock against packing slips or invoices determining if there are shortages, damages, missing goods, etc., and may sign for same.
3. Places stock in designated storage areas.
4. Removes items from stock to fill orders from authorized requisitions.
5. Delivers and/or may pick up stock or other items to departments or offices concerned.
6. Assists in counting and recording inventory.
7. Assists in keeping stockroom, warehouse and loading area in a clean and orderly condition.
8. May have contract with public or government departments regarding shipments.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
1)Prepare and compile inventory report for stock count
2)Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reports are up to date & submitted on time
3)To maintain Spare Parts stock item code (SQL System)
4)To compile document all related from Supplier
5)To input & maintain Supplier related document form into SQL system.
6)To maintain and control inventory stock.
7)To maintain high levels of inventor accuracy.
8)Responsible for control of all spare parts fix on vehicle
9)To perform all clericals function
7) Any other ad hoc task assigned by Stock & Purchasing Department
- Transferring stock inside the factory when goods received from suppliers or project/installation team.
- Ensure products/orders received from suppliers in good quality condition before signing off the Delivery Order to suppliers.
- Labelling items for storage and transfer.
- Preparing and packing items for storage or delivery.
- Notifying Production Supervisor of stock levels.
- Update stock-level on SQL System and liaise with Accounts Assistant on Stock Records.
- Assisting with stock-taking activity.
- Supporting the Production Supervisor in the course of his duties
- Maintains files of documents used and prepared as per SIRIM & ISO Standards and Requirements.
GENERATE SALES INVOICES
DEAL WITH CUSTOMS AND GOVERNMENT RELATED MATTER
ARRANGE AND MONITOR LOCAL SHIPMENT ACTIVITY TO ENSURE ALL OUTBOUND SERVICES PROCESSES AREA CARRIED OUT IN A MOST COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER
PERFORM AND COMMUNICATE WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO ENSURE EXPORT/DELIVERY GOODS IS COMPLIANCE WITH MALAYSIA AND EXPORTING DESTINATION COUNTRY MANDATORY RULES AND REGULATIONS.
BILLING AND FILLING, ON TIME SUBMIT BILLING AND MAINTAIN SYSTEMATIC FILLING RECORDS FOR EASY ACCESS.
Job Description:
• To maintain and update all inventory's records and to ensure the records always are correct.
• To verify and inspect all incoming materials to confirm with purchase order.
• To manage and keep all materials organized with proper labelling all times.
• To identify and develop any inventory process, flow and etc for improvements in term of efficiency and productivity.
• To reconcile inventory records periodical.
• To ensure all documents are fields properly and in orderly manner.
• To assists in counting and recording inventory.
• To perform any other duties or tasks in relation with this job.
Qualification :
• SPM/Diploma in any field
Exeperiences :
• At least 2-3 years and above of experience in storekeeping, inventory control.
• Ability to drive a forklift is an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
WORKING DAYS: 5.5 days (8:30am - 5:00pm) Sat (8:30am - 1:00pm)

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision

- Willingness to learn about new items and procedures quickly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise on the shelves
- Handle record keeping and re-ordering systems
- Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
- Display and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily
- Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labeling
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Able to lift up to 10-15kgs
Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day logistics operations
Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely
Liaise and collaborate with external logistics providers for in-bound and out-bound orders
Maintain proper and up-to-date records
Pack goods and assist with goods delivery to client site occasionally
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to lift up to 20-25kgs
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed-oriented with good organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work independently with little supervision
