Job Description
1. Attend to walk-in, calls and email from purchasers
2. Attend to complaints and ensure proper follow up are taken to address the issues
3. Coordinate with supervisor and purchaser on the progress of defect rectification works
4. Ensure defects identified during the defect’s liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame
5. Report on the performance of third party contractors and service providers on periodic basis
6. Assist in general clerical duties including filing, preparing quotations & invoices, coordinate appointment with contractors, etc
7. Update and keep track of customer complaints via on line system
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Property Management or other related discipline
2. At least 2 years relevant working experience with property developer preferably in customer service field
3. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the entire building’s electrical installation and monitoring of LV/HV facility equipment performance.
Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to schedule.
Assist in monitoring all works being performed by outside contractors.
Coordinate special projects as directed by the building manager/executive.
Responsible for alerting the building manager/executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
Ensure compliance of safety standard and compliance to all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
Repair and maintenance of air conditioning, faulty appliances, carpentry, drywall, fix electrical issues, flooring, painting, plumbing, water roofing, construction civil and structural work.
Meeting deadline and KPI set by the Company.
On 24 hours Stand-By-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you.
To record daily task in the logbook.
Adhere to immediate superior instructions from time to time.
