  • Position Snapshot Customer Facing Supply Chain Senior Executive Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor Company: Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd Permanent – Full Time Any bachelor’s degree which related experience. We are looking for a Customer Facing Supply Chain Senior Executive to drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions, to accelerate commercial success for Nestlé and the Customer, that deliver a distinct competitive advantage relative to their key industry rivals by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing product availability. A day in the life of Customer Facing Supply Chain Senior Executive... • Deliver Supply Chain value creation for Nestle and Customers by: • Understand KPIs for both Customer's Supply Chain & Nestle and find common measures, agree targets with Customer and create score cards report and perform monthly review with customer Distribution Centre against these targets. • Understand and raise awareness of the Customer's Supply Chain, competitive gaps, and its alignment to Nestle's Supply Chain • Drive cross functional alignment: • In partnership with Sales and Distributors and across Supply Chain (Data Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Team, Distribution and Transport Team), define and lead a common customer strategy. • Drive initiative for other business units to improve efficiency Order to Cash. • Working with Sales team, define joint improvement plans with Customers to enhance Nestle's ability to "Win In Every Store" (WIES), supported by CFSC methodology. • Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams from concept creation to final delivery. • Be a Supply Chain ambassador for Nestle and Customers • Drive successfully On Shelf Availability and on shelf Freshness. • Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestle and Customers, understand supply gaps & creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation. • Drive all the supply chain customer efficiency initiatives and represent Nestle at trade Supply Chain bodies. • Ensuring Effective Order Management and Control • Optimum planning NCP & Seasonal Stock Management based on agree promo plan and satisfaction of customer’s demand by ensuring effective order management, fulfillment of orders in the most cost-effective way and required speed. • Check customer master list is active and coordinate with customer to deactivate items that is discontinued to ensure order is process accordingly without drop orders. • Efficient control on NCP stock draws out and balances. • Review Min/Max with unbundler Tool with D&SP to ensure right stock replenishment. • Drive team development to achieve “Best in Class” Customer Facing Supply Chain industry recognition. • Demonstrate ability to build, develop and motivate a high-performing customer-oriented team to meet or exceed customer expectations. • Drive proactive communication through DOR, WOR & MOR with the team and encouragement of ongoing teamwork. • Instill quality customer service to ensure that the best service is provided/offered to customer in line with Service Strategy • Strive for continuous improvement by nourishing NCE way of doing thing and implement. What Will Make You Successful • Worked 5 - 10 years in Supply Chain or Sales. Of this experience must have worked across two areas of Supply Chain including Customer Service. • Has knowledge in finance including costing especially distribution costing and value chain. • Has worked / been exposed to collaborative business development projects with the Trade (Retailer, Distributors etc) and Marketing / Sales. • Has acquired Commercial and/or Supply Chain experience in dealing with the Trade. • Has successfully lead projects and initiatives that require a Commercial and Supply Chain understanding and knowledge. • Having worked / collaborated with Trade & Industry International Bodies is an added advantage.
