Job Description :
- To coordinate new transfer program and responsible to develop jointly on evaluating new processes charts;
- To conduct time study and evaluate process flow to identify inefficient area and suggest improvement and action plan;
- Involvement in all corrective actions that are taken on any discrepancy found during inspections/audit pertaining to his areas;
- Responsible to do the line layout, jig & fixture design and continuous improvement in shop floor

- Prepare documentation for new Manufacturing processes or Engineering procedures or Engineering change order
- Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) or completeness. •
- Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods (FMEA) and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods. •
- Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness
- Design testing methods and test finished products or process capabilities to establish standards or validate process requirements.
- Evaluate manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards
- Responsible to develop production method on the implementation to the shop floor;
- Responsible to buy-off any new equipment prior to production use.
- Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to manufacturing performance.
