-To handle end to end project management of various projects across the manufacturing operation, managing projects from concept to commissioning within a varied manufacturing environment such as process, packing or facilities and utilities.
-Responsible for pre-engineering scoping, costing and capital expenditure request and routinely report progress. Coordinate with internal manufacturing process, Engineering, -Manufacturing Engineer to ensure design intent and cost effectiveness are met.
-Prepare and manage overall master project programmed (schedule), integrating work breakdown structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
-New project and part development whereas feasibility, capability assessment and risk assessment.
-Liaise with sales for customer's input/requirement.
-To prepare, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned new product development projects.
-To provide technical engineering (Using CorelDRAW X8 software) to support sales.
-Responsible for designing and developing products from customer specifications or sales department requests. (For Bag, HIC and Dessicant)
-To collaborate with the Product Development team to make sure sample preparation run smoothly and less problem.
-Coordinate with the suppliers to encounter the problem occurred and improvising the quality of the product. (Such as carton, hot stamping plate, cylinders, flexo plate)
-Preparing and installing TTO logo in TTO machine.
-To ensure all new hot stamp plates have the hot stamp code to be laser engraved on the plate
-Coordinate samples between planning, production and shipping for finished goods movement
-Collaborate with sales, production and warehouse to improve standard packing and packaging size including for label information and improvement of first article inspection on sample submitted.
-Ensure all corrective and preventive actions taken internally and externally (suppliers) are implemented effectively

3. Use of measuring instrument to aid in manufacture parts to meet manufacturing specification base
on IP.
4. Need to perform minor machine adjustment & parameter setting.

process parameter for his/her machine.
7. To pack finished goods with proper labeling.
8. To carry out any other job assigned by the superior.
9. Comply with Environmental Control procedures documented. (whenever applicable)
10. Complete all required environmental records. (whenever applicable)
11. Report environmental nonconformity to their superiors. (whenever applicable)

10. Need to perform minor machine maintenance and understand of equipment function to ensure efficiently production operation.
11. Need to help operators on machine parameter set-up to meet job order.
12. Use of measuring instrument to aid in manufacture parts to meet manufacturing specification.
13. Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
