- To design and develop CNC programming for 3-axis/Horizontal CNC Milling machines.
- Prepare and maintain all CAM files for CNC machining process.
- To verify the dimensional and cosmetic specifications of the workpiece using allocated measuring equipment according to technical drawing.
- Conduct Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) on CNC programming to optimize process cycle time and quality.
- To support the Production Department in troubleshooting technical issues during Mass Production and improve the CNC program if necessary
• Responsible to operate surface and cylindrical grinding machines to produce accurate finishing surfaces with required tolerances.
• Perform surface carbide grinding operation in carbide material, self-checking on part dimension after grinding.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers.
• Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
• Monitor align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. Grinding, deburring and polishing workpieces to bring them to the desired shape and dimensions, in accordance with the design specifications.
• Responsibilities include verification of client’s drawings and issuing drawings in job cards to production center for machining, inspection of machining before and after hardening at the end the final inspection is done.
• Assist on design fixtures, tooling, and experimental parts to meet special engineering needs.
• Assist engineering department. head on any other job-related issues.
• Select metals to be used from a range of metals and alloys, based on properties such as hardness and heat tolerance.
• Utilize production personnel and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to obtain maximum capacity and performance with optimum yields and quality product.

• Troubleshoot and fine tune machining operations during trial.
• Work closely with other staff to achieve company’s objectives of efficient production and good quality at minimum cost.
• Responsibility includes inspecting machine components after operations.
• Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule.
