Explore and expands company social media presence into new E-commerce platforms. Maintain online platforms (Lazada, Shopee) by keeping all information relevant and accurate. Updating online store such as product listings, pricing, stock levels, visual images, product descriptions and video in a timely manner. Responsible for daily operation of online store including order processing and fulfilment. Managing and responding to customer inquiries, feedback & complaints through effective and timely reply. Handling and resolving customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Work closely with other teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to end-customers.
