This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in SMT production and process improvement, who enjoys problem-solving and contributing to efficient and high-quality manufacturing. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production, stable equipment performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.■MAIN RESPONSIBILITY- Develop, organize and recommended good production method to improve line quality and productivity.- To develop and implement a standard time through time measurement and analyzing the processes.- To develop / establish quality plan and work instruction for model running in production.- Ensure of all documents and data are maintained and update to the latest information.- Work continuously with production and other departments and undertaking project to further improve on the line balancing and performance.- Keep superior inform on the progress or undertaking projects and able to be a project leader.- Understand and translate customer document.- New process planning, preparation and setup.- Jig fabrication request new or modify,- To collect process tact time/ Line Balancing/ Indirect material usage / Solder, glue usage weight
