Anggota yang mempunyai kelayakan dan pengalaman yang lebih lama akan dipertimbangkan untuk jawatan-jawatan yang lebih tinggi jika memenuhi syarat-syarat ditentu.

1) Warganegara Malaysia berumur tidak kurang dari 20 tahun (calon-calon yang mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di bidang perkeranian/operasi mestilah tidak melebihi 35 tahun);

2) Memiliki kelulusan peringkat Diploma/Diploma Lanjutan (keutamaan dalam bidang Insurans/Pentadbiran Perniagaan/Pengurusan Pejabat/ Pemasaran/Perhubungan Awam/Khidmat Pelanggan) atau yang setaraf dengannya dari Institusi Pengajian Tinggi yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan; dan/atau ...
