1 Administrative & Office Support a. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations. b. Handle filing, sorting, recording, and maintenance of company records, documents, and correspondence. c. Record, track, distribute, and maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing correspondence. d. Perform interoffice administrative coordination and support functions as required. e. Operate standard office equipment and administrative systems including computers, printers, scanners, and related office applications. f. Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, letters, and administrative documentation.
2 Invoice & E-Invoicing Administration a. Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets for invoice tracking, payment monitoring, and financial records. b. Assist in managing e-invoicing processes including invoice generation, verification, reconciliation, and documentation. c. Verify invoice details, claims, payment records, purchase orders, and deposit slips accurately before processing. d. Assist in maintaining accurate records relating to financial transactions and payment status. e. Support finance and administration functions involving invoicing documentation and payment coordination. f. Ensure invoice-related records and supporting documents are properly filed and maintained for audit and operational purposes.
