- 1 · Technical training for every product line
- • Learn every product the company sells or services, hands-on at site, working with the senior technicians and vendor documentation. Today that is gas analysers (currently MIR 9000, MGA 20, EL 3000, MCA 10), dust and opacity monitors, liquid and water-quality analysers and the Expo purging system — but the range is not fixed. - Project delivery
- • Keep every CEMS / system integration (SI) project on schedule from kick-off to commissioning and handover; run the weekly project review and escalate risks before they become delays.
- • Stay flexible: when the company takes on a project type we have not done before, work out how to execute it — scope the method, find the partners or vendors, and lead the team through it — rather than waiting for a precedent. ...
