- Assist in the execution of Occupational Health & Safety Requirement on the job.
- Ensure safety measures and procedures are in accordance with environmental, safety and health statutory acts and regulation.
- Comply with all legal requirements at the project site.
- Organize and supervisor all matters related to site safety for contractor.
- Responsible and ensure all safety documents, check list is maintained at site.
- Report duty to Project Manager and client Safety Officer at site
- Assist Safety Officer / Project Manager in the industrial undertaking in carrying out the duties of a safety personnel under these regulations and implement safety programs at site.
- Assist project team undertaking in promoting the safety and health at site including for that purpose:
- Advising the proprietor or any person employed as a safety officer in the industrial undertaking, as to the observance by any person of the standards for the safety or protection of persons employed in the industrial undertaking;
- Supervising the observance by any person of the standards for the safety or protection of persons employed in the industrial undertaking;
a) Monitor daily tool box talk and safety briefing;
b) Promoting the safe carrying on of work in the industrial undertaking;
c) On or before the last day in every week, preparing and submitting to safety officer/ HSE Department.
- Assist Safety and Officer/ Project Team to ensure that occupational safety and health policies are observed and planned activities carried out
Coordinate the M&E works for building construction and ID fit out work
Liase with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors to coordinate the site operation to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.
Assisting in tender costing and tender documentation.

25. Site Safety Supervisors.
(1) The site safety supervisor shall be a person who is competent to perform the duties specified in subregulations (3) and (4), possess such qualifications as are approved by the Chief Inspector and has a minimum of two year's experience as a site foreman.
(2) The site safety supervisor shall-
(a) ensure that the provisions of the Act and any regulations made thereunder are complied with; and
(b) promote the safe conduct of work generally within the worksite.
(3) The duties of a site safety supervisor shall include-
(a) inspecting and rectifying any unsafe place of work;
(b) correcting any unsafe practice;
(c) checking sub-constructors' work to ensure compliance with the Act and the regulations made thereunder; and
(d) to liaise with contractor's safety supervisors appointed under regulation 26 with respect to safety of work undertaken by sub-contractors.
