1. Back up team trouble shut inside or outside area. 2. To trouble shoot machine problem. 3. To stand by when maintenance shutdown until production running. 4 Review spare parts. 5 Check machine for preventive maintenance schedule. 6 All hot work carried out must be accompanied by hot work permit. 7 Fill in all the necessary forms. 8 Write daily report in report book. 9 To work safely. 10 Good housekeeping is a must all times on machineries as well as work area especially after each maintenance work begin carried out. 11 Ensure companys property is well taken care of at all time any damages must be reported immediately. 12 Other related job function that is reasonably expected to perform as per ISO procedures and company procedures.

Area Responsibilities: Glue Kitchen, Forming Line, Press and Raw Board Handling (RHB): 1. To ensure smooth operation of the above mentioned Area and Machine. 2. To equip with sufficient Standby Parts to run 24 hours operation. 3. To ensure All Critical Spare Parts and Consumables are available and report to immediate superior if any. 4. Involve in Monthly Shutdown for above mentioned Area and execute works as planned within the awarded time. 5. To perform Preventive and Maintenance activities of the above mentioned Area and Machine and report to immediate Superior if any. 6. Willing to work independently and overtime in order to execute any ad-hoc or task given. 7. Demonstrate a Good Leadership and Ethical Attitude. 8. Working in Normal Shift which is 8am to 5pm and Sunday Off Day. 9. Provide a Daily Report Activities to Production Manager.
