Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in any field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in childcare or teaching is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills and able to interact well with children.

  • Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with children.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • IT related field graduated is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

1. Teaching, Academic & AI Integration Support

  • Provide homework guidance and ensure students complete daily school assignments accurately.

  • Conduct tuition classes for primary subjects:

  • Integrate AI tools and digital platforms into teaching

  • Support basic IT setup and troubleshooting

  • Prepare lesson plans enhanced with technology, combining:

  • Monitor students’ academic progress using both manual and digital tracking tools.

  • Provide personalised learning support using AI insights (where applicable).

2. Childcare & Student Supervision

  • Supervise students before and after tuition sessions, ensuring safety at all times.

  • Maintain proper classroom discipline with a caring and respectful approach.

3. Student Development & Behavior Guidance

  • Foster positive behavior, good manners, and self-discipline.

4. Communication & Parent Updates

  • Provide daily or weekly updates on students’ academic progress and behavior.

  • Communicate clearly and politely with parents when required.

  • Assist in preparing:

    • Student progress reports

    • Academic or behavior feedback

  • Support parent-teacher meetings or consultations when scheduled.

5. Centre Operations & Administration

  • Maintain class attendance records and student files.

  • Ensure classrooms are clean, organized, and conducive for learning.

  • Assist in basic administrative tasks related to teaching activities.

  • Follow all center SOPs, safety rules, and child protection guidelines.

6. Activities & Enrichment Programs

  • Assist or conduct enrichment activities

  • Participate in center events, workshops, or promotional activities when required.

7. Teamwork & Professional Development

  • Work closely with other teachers and center staff as a team.

  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

  • Be open to continuous learning and improvement in teaching methods.
