Diploma or Degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out, or related industry

Strong knowledge in aluminium, metal/stainless steel, and wood fabrication processes is a plus.

Hands-on experience operating machinery (e.g. CNC machines, laser cutting, woodworking machines)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience managing production teams (experience handling foreign workers is an advantage)

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software

Welding experience (aluminium / stainless steel / metal) preferred

Good communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia

Supervise and manage daily fabrication of aluminium, and glass furniture products

Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely completion of orders

Lead and manage production workers, ensuring productivity and discipline

Monitor production quality, control costs, and minimize material wastage

Ensure all production processes comply with company standards and safety regulations

Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions

Coordinate with designers, project managers, and production teams for smooth execution

Improve drawing standards, workflows, and technical processes

Support production team in resolving design and drawing-related issues
